PARTIES, § 1dismissal of party disclaiming interest in action. Where party has no interest in subject matter of proceeding and files a disclaimer of interest therein, such party may be properly dismissed from such proceeding.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. CORNELIUS J. HARRINGTON, Judge, presiding.
