This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 20, 2024, Helena, Montana, trial session. On April 24, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely (Doc. 13).

The Court would benefit from holding a hearing on petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for a hearing on petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely at the Court's May 8, 2024, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced proceeding.

The undersigned judge will preside at the above-referenced hearing.
