Patrick J. Urda Judge.

On September 6, 2024, petitioner filed a motion for leave to file second amendment to petition and lodged its second amendment to petition. In its motion, petitioner states that the Commissioner objects to the granting of this motion. We will direct the Commissioner to file a written objection. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 1, 2024, the Commissioner shall file an objection to the petitioner's motion for leave to file second amendment to petition.
