KHENNEDI THORTON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 194th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F20-14099-M

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA JUSTICE.

Appellant's motion to supplement the record on appeal is GRANTED. The clerk's record filed December 6, 2023, is defective because it does not contain the entire Charge of the Court and jury verdict (the clerk's record contains only page 1 of the charge), the judgment of conviction, or the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before DECEMBER 27, 2023, containing the complete Charge of the Court and jury verdict, the judgment of conviction, and the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. If one or more of these documents have not been filed with the district clerk, then the district clerk shall transmit a written statement to this Court on or before DECEMBER 27, 2023, identifying the document that has not been filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
