PRESENT:

Respondent David L. Losurdo having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on July 15, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of David L. Losurdo, sworn to September 22, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Courtney S. Radick, Esq., 26 East Oneida Street, Oswego, New York 13126-2695, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529.
