ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT GUERRIERI'S MOTION FOR STAY OF DISCOVERY


On June 23, 2004, Defendant Guerrieri filed a Motion For Stay of Discovery pending the Court's resolution of his Motion to Dismiss. On July 15, 2004, this Court recommended that Defendants Chasanow, United States of America, and Joseph Guerrieri's motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim be granted. In light of this Court's recommendation, Defendant Guerrieri's Motion For Stay of Discovery is GRANTED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 72(a), the parties have a period of ten days from the date of this Order within which to file any written appeal to the District Judge as may be permissible under 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1).
