ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On September 30, 2021, respondent's counsel contacted the chambers of the undersigned to inform the Court that this case was recently assigned to him and that the case file had not been forwarded to respondent's Los Angeles office from respondent's Thousand Oaks office. Counsel reported that he has been in touch with petitioner and petitioner has no objection to a continuance. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angles, California trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) on or before December 6, 2021, informing the Court of the then present status of the case.
