JUDGMENT


An Order of Honorable Nina Gershon, United States District Judge, having been filed on June 20, 2002. granting the Department of Corrections' motion for summary judgment on Thorner-Green's ADA claims; and dismissing plaintiffs New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws claims without prejudice; it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that plaintiff take nothing of the defendant; that the Department of Corrections' motion for summary judgment on Thorner-Green's ADA claims is granted; and that plaintiffs New York State and New York City Human Rights Law claims are dismissed without prejudice.
