ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


This matter having come before the Court on the parties' stipulated motion for an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice, the case having been fully compromised and settled, the parties having stipulated that the Court may enter an Order dismissing this action in its entirety, with prejudice, and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned action is dismissed in its entirety, with prejudice, with all parties to bear their own fees and costs.
