FRAUD AND DECEIT, § 14 — promise to do future act. Where plaintiff charged that defendant induced her to deposit stock with a certain company, promising that the stock would be returned by the company upon 15 days' notice, such promise to do a future act would not ground an action for fraud and deceit.
