Judgment reversed and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, upon the ground that plaintiff's evidence did tend to establish negligence upon the part of defendant's chauffeur in operating his automobile. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Rich, Blackmar and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
