Vernon Wright Thompson instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Decided October 9, 1962.


For the reasons stated in the opinion of Judge Charles D. Harris in the court below, the application for leave to appeal will be denied.
