Thompson v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Aug 2, 1989
546 So. 2d 805 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1989)

Opinion

No. 88-2979.

August 2, 1989.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Lawrence L. Korda, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender and Jeffrey L. Anderson, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee and Celia A. Terenzio, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We reverse the judgment and sentence, upon the appellee's concession of error, for a full violation of probation hearing. We specifically do not address the sentencing issue, which is now moot, on this appeal. This cause is therefore remanded for further proceedings.

ANSTEAD, DELL and STONE, JJ., concur.
