DAVID THOMPSON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 265th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F15-76226-R

ORDER

Before the Court are appellant's April 10, 2017 motion and amended motion to supplement the record. In the motions, appellate counsel states that exhibit 63 is not a working file and that the court reporter has been contacted and is attempting to determine what the problem is. After reviewing the reporter's record on file at the Court, we note that the copy of exhibit 63 in our record is a working file. To the extent appellate counsel has been unable to view the exhibit and desires to do so, counsel is reminded that she may view the Court's copy of exhibit 63 at the Court.

We treat appellant's motions as motions to extend time to file the brief. We GRANT the motions and ORDER appellant's brief due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.
