Nancy McKerrow, Columbia, for Appellant.

Dora Fichter, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Division Four: Cynthia L. Martin, Chief Judge, W. Douglas Thomson, Judge and Gary D. Witt, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Armon A. Thompson appeals from the judgment of the motion court, following an evidentiary hearing, denying his Rule 29.15 motion seeking to set aside his convictions for assault in the first degree and armed criminal action. In his two points on appeal, Thompson argues that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to object (1) when the State used co-defendant Calvin Ford's guilty plea as substantive evidence of Thompson's guilt and (2) when the State repeatedly argued that Calvin Ford was being truthful. The judgment is affirmed. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
