The petition by the defendants David Orcutt and Sandra Orcutt for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 59 Conn. App. 201 (AC 19769), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Under the circumstances of this case, did the Appellate Court properly hold that the doctrine of clean hands did not apply?"
