Before the Court is appellee Doris Broughton's November 15, 2023 unopposed motion to extend time to file an amended brief. We GRANT Ms. Broughton's motion and ORDER her amended brief to be filed by December 15, 2023.
Ms. Broughton filed a pro se brief in this case on September 13, 2023. Therefore, we construe appellee's motion to extend time to file appellee's brief as a motion to extend time to file an amended appellee's brief.
