IN this case the defendant had filed exceptions to the master's report, but had not offered either affidavit or testimony in support of them.


The truth of the exceptions not appearing on the face of the proceedings, and not being supported by affidavit or otherwise, the Court cannot notice the exceptions.

PER CURIAM. Exceptions overruled.
