Respondents having moved to adjourn oral argument on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on October 27, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brian D. Ginsberg, Esq., dated November 20, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the proceeding is removed from the January 8, 2019 day calendar of this Court, and is added to the term of this Court commencing February 19, 2019.
