An action for damages for false representations. Judgment for plaintiffs.

Reversed.

1. FALSE REPRESENTATIONS. This case ruled by the decision in Sposato v. Heggs, 123 Colo. 553.

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Robert W. Steele, Judge.

THIS is a companion case to that of Sposato v. Heggs et al, 123 Colo. 553, 233 P.2d 385, in which our decision was this day announced and which is applicable and controlling herein; accordingly, the judgment is reversed.
