ORDER REGARDING DOCUMENTS INSPECTED IN CAMERA

This matter was before the Court on March 6, 2003, at which time oral argument was held on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel and Defendant's Motion for Protective Order. After reviewing the memoranda submitted and hearing arguments, the Court ordered counsel to provide the documents at issue for review in camera. The Court having now reviewed said documents, finds that none of the documents are to be disclosed to the Plaintiff. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Compel as to these documents is DENIED, and Defendant's Motion for Protective Order as to these documents is GRANTED.

Defendant is ordered to retrieve the documents from Judge Samuel Alba's chambers and return them to the state of Utah.
