TRACEY B. THOMPSON, Appellant v. MARTIN F. GAINES, Appellee

On Appeal from the 101st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DC-19-09781

ORDER

CRAIG SMITH JUSTICE.

Before the Court is appellant's third motion for extension of time to file her brief, which is due August 8, 2022. Appellant also seeks permission to handwrite the brief.

We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief be filed no later than September 7, 2022. The brief may be handwritten.

We note we cautioned appellant in our order granting her second extension motion that further extensions would be disfavored. We now caution appellant that failure to file the brief by September 7th may result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c).
