In an action to recover damages for alleged breach of a contract of employment, order granting defendant's motion for an examination of plaintiff before trial, and the production of papers, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. The examination is to proceed upon five days' notice, at the place specified in the order appealed from, and at a time to be set forth in such notice. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
