Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to extend time to move or file answer, filed October 27, 2021, it appearing that petitioner has no objection to the granting of that motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and the due date for respondent to file an answer or move with respect to the petition is extended to December 5, 2021.
