These cases are currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On September 30, 2021, the Court held a pretrial conference call with respondent's counsel and petitioner Paulette Thompson. In light of that discussion, it is

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) detailing the progress the parties have made towards settlement, and whether these cases would be ready for trial in January 2022.
