On April 4, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation. However, the date of respondent's counsel's signature has not been placed on either of these documents. See Rule 23(a)(2), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure ("The date of signature must be placed on all papers filed with the Court."). That being so, it is
ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation.
