ORDER

By Order served July 20, 2021, the Court directed the parties to file, on or before September 14, 2021, either a joint proposed stipulated decision or a further joint status report. The Order further directed that, in the event a proposed stipulated decision had not been filed by September 14, 2021, the joint status report "shall include an explanation as to why a proposed stipulated decision has not been filed, given that the parties represented in December 2020 that they had reached a basis for settlement of this case."

On September 14, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report without the aforementioned explanation.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before September 24, 2021, file a supplement to the joint status report including the explanation described by the Court in its Order served July 20, 2021.
