TRAVIS RAY THOMPSON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon review of the records in the above-captioned case at Docket No. 10810-23 and that at Docket No. 10056-23, it has come to the attention of the Court that the just-cited cases represent a duplication of proceedings, both raising a dispute with respect to petitioner's taxable years 2020, 2021, 2022. Accordingly, upon due consideration of the foregoing and the records in the cases at Docket Nos. 10056-23 and 10810-23, it appearing that the cases are duplicative, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed August 4, 2023, in this Docket No. 10810-23 is denied. The question of the Court's jurisdiction over these years will be dealt with at Docket No. 10056-23, where a similar motion is pending. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 10810-23 is closed on the ground of duplication.
