Upon due consideration of petitioner's Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed August 7, 2023, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 12, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Objection. In addition to addressing the substance of petitioner's Objection, respondent should clarify in his response whether respondent issued a notice of deficiency or made any other determination that would confer jurisdiction on this Court with respect to petitioner's 2019 taxable year, a reference to which is included in the Petition.
