ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge

On June 14, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction at Doc. No. 11. Thereafter, on June 15, 2023, the Commissioner filed a second Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction at Doc. No. 12. Upon review, the second motion to dismiss appears to be a duplicate of the first.

The foregoing considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction at Doc. No. 12, filed June 15, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
