On April 24, 2023, the Court filed respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On April 26, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to file an objection to respondent's motion. No objection has been received.

This case was called and recalled from the remote Trial Session of the Court at Portland, Maine on May 15, 2023. Petitioner and Counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed April 24, 2023, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 15, 2023, file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or a joint Status Report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
