ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On September 2, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On October 17, 2022, petitioner submitted the filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered September 2, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. Upon further review of the petition in this case, petitioner need not file an amended petition
