ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

On August 17, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Calendar this case for trial. Respondent expects that this case will be ready for trial by July 2023 and asks that it be set for trial during July or August 2023. Assuming the availability of a courtroom and trial clerk, the undersigned can try this case during either month. Respondent represents that presentation of his case will require 2 ½ days of trial time. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall file with the Court, on or before September 19, 2022, a response to respondent's Motion. In his response petitioner shall provide an estimate of the number of trial days he will need to present his case. If he opposes a trial during July or August 2023, he shall explain in detail the reasons therefore and inform the Court of his estimate as to when the case will be ready for trial.
