On January 31, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Docket Entry #11) for the Court's consideration. Because that proposed stipulated decision contains an error that filing will be stricken from the record and we will order the parties to file a revised proposed stipulated decision.

After due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed January 31, 2022 (Docket Entry #11), is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 2, 2022, the parties shall file a properly revised proposed stipulated decision document for the Court's consideration.
