On December 14, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. In that motion, petitioners did not indicate whether there were any objections by respondent to the granting of petitioners' motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 19, 2022, respondent shall serve on petitioners and file with the Court a written response to petitioners' Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed December 14, 2021.
