ORDERED that these cases are consolidated for case management. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Stay Proceedings, filed February 15, 2022,in Docket No. 31563-21, is denied. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motions to Stay Proceedings, filed January 20, 2023,in Docket Nos. 818-22 and 833-22, are denied. It is further
ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before March 15, 2024, to file with the Court a joint written report as to the then current status of these cases. The parties should include a detailed status of the criminal case, when we can expect to try these cases and they should be specific about when they will have meaningful discussions.
