This appeal has been abated pending supplementation of the clerk's record with documents that were filed in a related appeal, numbered 14-20-00857-CV, but were not included in the clerk's record for this appeal. On October 6, 2021, the trial court clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record in this case which includes records associated with the related appeal.
Accordingly, the court hereby REINSTATES this appeal and directs appellee to file its brief within 21 days of the date of this order.
