ORDER
PER CURIAM. Andrew Thomason ("Plaintiff") appeals the trial court's decision granting Lindenwood Female College d/b/a Lindenwood University's ("Lindenwood") motion for summary judgment and denying Plaintiff's cross-motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff also appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to amend his petition, which Plaintiff filed after the trial court granted Lindenwood's motion for summary judgment and denied Plaintiff's cross-motion for summary judgment. We find no error has occurred.
No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The decisions of the trial court are affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
