Defendants/third-party plaintiff-appellant Weitzman Law Offices, LLC having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 30, 2018, and for a stay of proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2019 Term; the motion is otherwise denied.
