WRIT GRANTED. Based on the documents presented to this Court, genuine issues of material fact remain. Accordingly, the July 28, 2014 ruling of the Office of Workers' Compensation granting plaintiff Leon Preston Thomas' partial summary judgment is reversed, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
