Granted. Case is remanded to district court for reconsideration in light of Bordelon v. Bordelon, 390 So.2d 1325 (La. 1980).

MARCUS and WATSON, JJ., dissent, being of the opinion that there is an adequate remedy by appeal.

LEMMON, J., dissents. Relator may appeal and obtain an expedited hearing in a custody case.
