Martha THOMAS, Respondent, v. The STATE of Missouri, et al., Appellants.

Mark A. Ludwig, Jefferson City, for Respondent. Emily A. Dodge, Jefferson City, for Appellants.

Mark A. Ludwig, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Emily A. Dodge, Jefferson City, for Appellants.

Before Division One: Thomas H. Newton, Presiding Judge, Victor C. Howard, Judge and Karen King Mitchell, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

The State of Missouri appeals the judgment of the trial court granting Martha Thomas a new trial. It presents five points on appeal arguing that the trial court erred in denying its motion for directed verdict and in granting Thomas's motion for a new trial after jury verdict. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
