ORDER

We REINSTATE the appeal.

On October 25, 2017 the Court ordered appellant's counsel removed. We remanded the case to the trial court for appointment of new counsel. On October 30, 2017 the Court received notification from Brandi H. Fernandez that she has been appointed to represent appellant.

We direct the Court to list Brandi H. Fernandez as counsel for appellant. Future correspondence shall be sent to Brandi H. Fernandez at 1023 W. U.S. Hwy. 175, Suite B, Crandall, Texas 75114.

Before the Court is appellant's October 31, 2017 motion to extend time to file appellant's brief. We GRANT the motion. Appellant's brief shall be filed within THIRTY DAYS from the day of this order.
