Opinion

29727.

DECIDED SEPTEMBER 15, 1942.

Violating liquor law; from Columbus city court — Judge Bowden. May 9, 1942.

R. Terry, for plaintiff in error.

J. R. Thompson Jr., solicitor, contra.

The accused was convicted of possessing non-tax-paid whisky. The evidence amply authorized the verdict, and the court did not err in overruling the motion for new trial which contained only the usual general grounds.

Judgment affirmed. MacIntyre and Gardner, JJ., concur.

DECIDED SEPTEMBER 15, 1942.
