Thomas v. Ruvin

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Oct 26, 1993
625 So. 2d 143 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1993)

Opinion

No. 93-2098.

October 26, 1993.

A Case of Original Jurisdiction — Mandamus.

Sabrina Thomas, in pro. per.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Joni B. Braunstein, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and BASKIN and LEVY, JJ.

Respondent Harvey Ruvin, Clerk of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, correctly concedes that petitioner has a clear legal right to the documents she requests. We therefore grant petitioner's requested relief; we withhold issuance of the writ in full confidence that the Clerk will furnish the necessary documents.
