The Court has before it the Appellant's July 9, 2010 Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice. The Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice states the parties have reached a settlement agreement. We GRANT the motion and DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
