Christopher THOMAS, Appellant, v. JACKSONVILLE SHERIFF'S OFFICE, Appellee.

Christopher Thomas, pro se, Appellant. Brett G. Mereness, Assistant General Counsel, City of Jacksonville, Office of General Counsel, Jacksonville, for Appellee.

Christopher Thomas, pro se, Appellant.

Brett G. Mereness, Assistant General Counsel, City of Jacksonville, Office of General Counsel, Jacksonville, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

The trial court's order denying Appellant's motion to enforce the settlement agreement was supported by competent, substantial evidence. We therefore affirm. See Spiegel v. H. Allen Holmes, Inc. , 834 So. 2d 295, 297 (Fla. 4th DCA 2002) ("A trial court's finding that there was a meeting of the minds must be supported by competent substantial evidence. When that evidence exists, this court will affirm.") (citation omitted).

AFFIRMED .

Lewis, Nordby, and Long, JJ., concur.
