ORDER

On August 26, 2003 plaintiffs filed a Notice of Designation of Related Civil Cases indicating that this action is related to the consolidated class actions Blackman v. District of Columbia. Civil Action No. 97-1629 (PLF) and Jones v. District of Columbia. Civil Action No. 97-2402 (PLF). Specifically, plaintiffs claim that this action relates to certain motions recently filed by the above-captioned plaintiffs in the Blackman/Jones matters. By separate order issued this same day, however, the Court dismissed those motions on the ground that the claims do not fall within the boundaries of the certified class or subclasses in Blackman or Jones. See Blackman v. District of Columbia. Civil Action No. 97-1629, Memorandum Opinion and Order at 5-6 (D.D.C. Nov. 5, 2003). Since the subject matter of this case is unrelated to those consolidated class actions, it is hereby

ORDERED that the above-captioned action shall be transferred to the Calendar Committee for random reassignment pursuant to Local Civil Rule 40.5(c)(1).
