This case is currently calendared on the Court's Columbus, Ohio, remote trial session, scheduled to begin January 31, 2022.

On December 30, 2021, the undersigned's Chambers received a voicemail from petitioner Robert Thomas requesting a continuance. On January 5, 2022, the Court held a conference call with counsel for respondent and Mr. Thomas to discuss the continuance. There was no objection by respondent's counsel. We will accordingly continue this case from the above-referenced remote trial session. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued from the above-referenced remote trial session and restored to the general docket.
