This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is presently set for trial during the Atlanta, Georgia, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on Monday, February 5, 2024. Giving due regard to the representations contained in, and the attachments to petitioners' report, filed October 3, 2023, it is, ORDERED that petitioners' report is recharacterized and treated as petitioners' motion for entry of decision. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, petitioners' motion is set for hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served September 29, 2023, at a time and date certain of 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on February 5, 2024, as previously directed.
